Your personal data
What is stored about a booking, how it is protected, and how to have it corrected or deleted.
What is stored
The booking, the traveller names, dates of birth and travel-document details the airline requires, the contact email and phone number, the payment status and the payment provider’s references. Card numbers are never stored on this site.
How it is protected
Traveller details are encrypted at rest with a key that is not stored with the data. Support sees them masked. Links to a booking are hashed, so a copy of the database cannot open a booking.
Who it is shared with
Booking is not open on Go To Flight yet: nothing is sold, reserved, ticketed or charged here today.
Retention, access and deletion
Traveller details are deleted on a schedule after the last flight; the booking record itself is kept for as long as accounting law requires. You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion from the contact page; deletion removes the traveller details at once and the rest when the retention period ends.
