The site has no accounts and no sign-in. It does not ask you to register.

The passenger form, the contact page and the retrieve-a-booking form are design shells. What you type in them stays in your browser. It is not submitted, stored or sent.

When you search, the places, dates, passenger numbers and cabin you chose are part of the page address and are sent to the flight source to get options. No name, email address or other personal detail is sent with a search.

The site does not keep a record of who searched for what. Its technical logs note only that a request to the flight source was made, how long it took and whether it failed.

Place names you type in the search fields are matched against the site’s own airport list and are not sent to the flight source.

To deliver the pages, the hosting provider may process technical request data such as your IP address and your browser’s user agent.

To suggest a departure airport, the site uses the approximate location the hosting provider derives from your IP address: city, region and country, and a point rounded to about eleven kilometres. It is used only to pick the nearest airport for that page, and is not stored or logged by Go To Flight. A city you choose yourself always replaces the suggestion.

The site loads no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself.

If you choose a departure city, the site remembers that choice in your browser’s local storage: the city or airport code and name, and when you chose it. It is kept for about six months from your last choice, never sent to us, and removed when you forget the choice or clear your browser’s site data.
