Cancelling a booking and refunds
How cancellation will work. Booking is not open yet, so nothing can be cancelled or refunded.
What can be cancelled
Whether a fare can be cancelled, and what comes back, is set by the airline’s fare rules. Before you confirm a cancellation, the amount that would come back is shown, as the supplier states it, and nothing is cancelled until you confirm.
Who refunds
Booking is not open on Go To Flight yet: nothing is sold, reserved, ticketed or charged here today.
How long it takes
A refund is paid to the original payment method. The booking shows the refund as pending until the payment provider confirms it, and you are told by email when it is complete.
Changes
A change is priced by the airline before you confirm it; the difference, if any, is shown first. Not every fare can be changed.
