Help · Ticketing
Booked, confirmed and ticketed are different words
What each status on your booking means, and when you can travel.
Booked
The airline has accepted the booking and given it a reference. The ticket may not be issued yet.
Ticketed
The airline has issued the ticket. The ticket number is shown on the booking in My Trips. Only then can you travel.
Not confirmed
The airline has not yet answered, or the answer was lost. The booking is checked again and you are told by email. Do not book the same flight twice while a booking is not confirmed.
While booking is not open
Booking is not open on Go To Flight yet: nothing is sold, reserved, ticketed or charged here today.
